Payment / Refund / Cancellation Policy
Payments
Generally, payment is due at the time of service. Certain programs may require payment to be made in part or full before service begins. This will be made clear within the description of the service. Manta Mindworks LLC prefers to have payments completed via credit card prior to the appointment. This allows us to focus on assisting you and not running payment information.Cash payments may be made at the time of appointment.
Cancellations
Manta Mindworks LLC requires 24-hour notice before appointment time to cancel. No-shows or cancellations after this 24-hour window the cost of service is due in total.
Refunds
Manta Mindworks LLC will do our best to refund any money due to our customers in a timely fashion, but reserve 1-3 weeks for processing. This delay is due to credit card processing delays. Special services or events may have no refunds possible; this will be made clear within the event details.
Expiration
Unless otherwise noted; sessions will expire 180 days from the time of acquiring/purchasing. If extended time is needed, special arrangements can be made.
